We empower you to achieve your health goals – be they diabetes management, weight loss, or cardiovascular health improvement related – by combining the latest in wearable med tech devices and the coaching advice of experienced clinical dieticians to achieve scientific, data driven, personalized and long-term sustainable solutions to your unique challenges.

Diet-related glucose spikes are damaging to one’s health and can lead to an increased risk for Type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and other long-term ailments, and so we start by helping you understand your bodys glucose response to what you eat and drink. Our goal is to help you minimize your post-meal glucose spikes and improve your metabolic health.

There is no single diet plan that works for everyone because we’re all genetically different. Consequently, the same food and drink elicit varied and individual glucose responses in different people.

Based on what you like to eat and enter in our app, your coach will recommend a meal plan that is easy to implement, keeps you satiated, and begins your health improvement journey. During regularly scheduled sessions your coach will also review your progress and continue to recommend incremental and long-term sustainable lifestyle modifications to optimize your metabolic health.
